What insurance must I carry to do Field Service Work for CFSC?

Independent Contractors are required to have the following insurance requirements: A liability insurance policy with a minimum of $1Million liability naming CFSC as an additional insured, an Error and Omissions (E&O) policy, and Proof of Workers Compensation Insurance.

 

Do I need to provide both inspection and property preservation services in order to become an approved vendor?

It is not necessary to provide both services to work for CFSC.

 

How is my performance measured?

CFSC tracks performance and quality of work and communicates the results with its contractors on a monthly basis.

What do I do if I cannot locate a property?

We ask our representatives to make every attempt possible in locate the property. This includes but is not limited to contacting the local police department, fire department, tax assessor or post office.
